Bdwin app monitors all betting activity. Any unusual betting patterns or suspected match fixing will result in the relevant bets being suspended or voided.

04 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on bdwin app:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Deposits and withdrawals should be made using the same payment method.
• Suspicious transactions may be reviewed as part of our anti-money laundering procedures.

05 Bonus & Promotional Offers

Bdwin app offers bonuses and promotional deals to users from time to time. The following terms apply to claiming and using these bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, at the time of your first deposit.

• Exploiting any system vulnerability or technical loophole.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.

07 Account Suspension & Termination

Bdwin app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• For violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• For failing identity verification or providing false information.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Account closure requested by the user themselves.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

Upon account termination, any balance held by the user (where no breach of terms has occurred) will be returned through the designated method. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, there is no obligation to refund the remaining balance.

08 Limitation of Liability

Bdwin app is not liable for the following:

• When a betting session is interrupted due to loss of internet connectivity.
• When a transaction is delayed due to an error on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Loss of account credentials due to the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

Bdwin app is committed to maintaining high service quality, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 availability. Service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or upgrades.

09 Responsible Gaming
